We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner:
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Non-metro / remote locations: 4–7 business days
These timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or operational constraints.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment
Courier Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, Cafetein is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural events
Address inaccuracies
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us
In such cases:
Re-shipping charges may apply
Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling costs
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
Cafetein is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit:

Resolution may include a replacement or refund based on investigation outcome
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
