Order Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the order value
This deduction covers payment gateway, processing, and administrative charges
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method
b) Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy (IMPORTANT – Supplements Safety)

Due to the consumable nature of supplements and strict safety protocols:
We do NOT accept returns for products that are delivered without damage or defect, even if unopened.

Replacement Policy If the product qualifies for replacement

We will ship a replacement product at no extra cost

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
